The HTA will be holding a Manufacturers and Suppliers Open Day at the new HTA offices in Chilton, Oxfordshire on Wednesday 16 November from 11am – 4pm.
As part of the new HTA office building and alongside a members’ lounge there are a number of meeting rooms, showroom spaces and a conference room for hire (at preferential rates for HTA members). Newly refurbished and with a modern décor these will be ideal for client meetings, training workshops, product launches, regional roadshows.
Situated on the A34, just south of Didcot, the facilities are easily accessible from each direction and with ample free parking provides a great new resource for the industry to utilise.
Guests will be able to view the new facilities as well as sample lunch from our caterers, Compass.
The spaces available to hire include:
Conference room (capacity for 102 people)
Showroom facility with breakout space
Meeting rooms (capacity for four, five and six people)
Meeting room (capacity for twelve people)
Meeting room (capacity for sixteen people)
