BASIS has signed up to be part of the exciting new Educate, Collaborate & Innovate zone at this year’s Four Oaks Trade Show to be held at Four Oaks Nurseries, Lower Withington, 6 & 7 September 2022.
After a two-year gap, this year’s 50th anniversary show is keenly anticipated by an industry eager to return to face-to-face events. Organisers have invited a wide range of associations and industry groups to join the hundreds of trade stands, following visitor research which highlighted such bodies as an important source of information they would like to find at the show – both for their businesses and also for their own personal development.
BASIS is an independent organisation committed to raising professional standards across land management and food production by supporting people and businesses with industry-leading qualifications, professional registers and auditing schemes. Representatives will be on hand throughout to inform visitors about BASIS’s work from stand E250. They will also be awarding BASIS CPD for attendance at the show and for the Technical seminars to be held on Tuesday 6th September (full details to be published later this month).
Greg Hopkinson, Head of Business Development at BASIS said, “Everyone at BASIS is really looking forward to attending Four Oaks for the first time in 2022. Our professional registers and accredited qualifications play a crucial role in supporting the horticultural industry through training and professional development, and we can’t wait to speak to both our current members and anyone else interested in furthering their knowledge at the event.”
Christina Walker of Four Oaks said, “We’re delighted to have the BASIS team participating at the special 50th anniversary show. They join a prestigious and exciting combination of exhibitors and speakers in the new Educate, Collaborate & Innovate zone, which will adds value to visitors’ experience at Four Oaks.”
