Growers are advised to download and check the authorisation or EAMU for their crop as there have been significant changes to authorisation conditions such as maximum individual dose, maximum number of treatments and latest time of application.
As a result of this re-registration Gazelle SG can no longer be used on forest and forest nursery, top fruit (apple, cherry, pear, plum), soft fruit, hops, asparagus, pepper, chard and spinach beet.
Crops retained on the product’s new authorisation are ornamentals, aubergine and tomato.
Previous EAMUs for leafy vegetables and herbs have been combined into one new EAMU and the previous EAMU for a range of root vegetable crops has been replaced by a new one.
Crops gaining new EAMUs are Brussels sprout, courgette and summer squash and cucumber and gherkin.
