At the end of 2015, Agrovista UK Limited announced the acquisition of John Ebbage Seeds Limited.
The purchase will allow the two businesses to combine existing technical expertise and provide growers and clients with a full agronomic package from variety selection through to end-market focus.
Commenting on the announcement Paul Nickerson, owner of John Ebbage Seeds Limited said: “This strategic move will benefit both businesses and their customers allowing for technical development and investment in the seeds sector and offering important opportunities for growth. The partnership will allow the continuation of the existing Ebbage business model for current clients whilst opening new areas to evolve the business with Agrovista”.

All staff will transfer to Agrovista UK Ltd.
