Planning is well advanced for the forthcoming UK Onion & Carrot Conference to be held on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th November 2015 at the KingsGate Conference Centre, Peterborough.
Professor Simon Blackmore, Head of Engineering at Harper Adams University, will look at future possibilities for targeted inputs during the morning Technical Progress session at the Onion Conference, on the first day of the event; and during the afternoon, Nick Gale, Managing Director of MyFresh, will present on the Future for the Processing sector.
During the “Improving your Carrot Production” morning session of the Carrot Conference on the second day, Pete Saunders of Syngenta, will give a personal view of the Challenges, Changes and Opportunities that have taken place over the past decade.
An additional highlight is the dinner on Wednesday, 4th November, which will return to the Holiday Inn Peterborough West.
