A Masterclass aimed at producers who wish to learn how to increase visitor numbers and sales through their cellar door will be led by Prof. Steve Charters MW on Wednesday 28th January 2015, from 10am to 4pm at Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking, Surrey. The morning session will focus on the benefits of wine tourism,Beyond tours and tastings: options to attract visitors and increase sales, Maximising consumer marketing opportunities, Skills for successful wine tourism and cellar doors sales and Case studies of best (and worst!) practice in wine tourism.
The afternoon session will be a workshop to enable participants to identify their own business’s needs. In order to target training requirements, Steve Charters will send a questionnaire to participants before the Masterclass.
