Since the 1st of July, Johan Vrancken has been the new Managing Director and also co-owner of the Belgian family-run company Denis-Plants in Lochristi. He has taken over the torch from founder René Denis, who retired but remains on board as co-owner and Ambassador of the company. The future is thus assured, and the drive and the family character of Denis-Plants are preserved.
Vrancken is a Master in Business Engineering. As the son of self-employed parents, entrepreneurship was instilled in him at an early age. His ambition was to one day manage a company himself. “My meeting with René and his wife Solange felt like ‘a match made in heaven’. A beautiful company, a fascinating product, loyal and competent employees, in short, a family business with solid foundations and with good potential for further growth and development. With 25 years of management experience under his belt, Vrancken is determined to add many more years to this. “I am going to put my shoulders to the wheel with a great deal of enthusiasm and dedication.”
