During the Dutch Lily Days, growers’ association Roselily introduced a new line of double OT lilies. These new varieties are a valuable addition to the current assortment of double oriental lilies, offering a broader colour palette and more efficient cultivation as key advantages.
The new Roselily OT line was festively unveiled on June 4 at exporter Zabo Plant, in the presence of none other than Irene Schouten, a five-time Olympic medalist and a triple Olympic Champion from the Netherlands. “I am impressed by the beautiful colours and the full, double flowers of these new Roselily lilies. They truly bring something unique to the market,” said Schouten.
Frank van den Hoek, manager of Roselily said “We are very pleased with the collaboration with breeders World Breeding and De Looff Lily Innovations, who developed these new varieties. It is a wonderful addition to our existing assortment, the new Roselily line will be gradually introduced to growers and traders worldwide in the coming years.”
