Plant Products, a division of BioFirst Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gregor Hoffmann as General Manager of Agrotech. Gregor succeeds Roman Kölbl, the founder of Agrotech, who will continue to support the company in a strategic capacity.
Founded in 1998 and acquired by Biobest Group (now BioFirst Group) in 2023, Agrotech has long been a trusted provider of horticultural and crop protection solutions for Austrian growers. For more than a decade, the company has served as the exclusive distributor for Biobest products in Austria, with a strong presence in the high-tech greenhouse sector.
Gregor Hoffmann brings over two decades of experience in agriculture and horticulture, including eight years at Rijk Zwaan and recent years as an independent consultant. His deep industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and strong ties within Central and Eastern Europe position him well to lead Agrotech into its next phase of growth.
