The Pea and Bean Growers Association (PBGA) is excited to welcome industry professionals to its highly anticipated biennial conference. The event will kick off with a pre-conference dinner on Wednesday, 6th November.
Then on Thursday, 7th November, attendees will reconvene at Jakemans Stadium. The conference promises to offer invaluable opportunities for attendees to network, exchange ideas, and gain key insights into the latest trends and challenges shaping the industry.

- A presentation by Sam Trevey from Red Tractor, focusing on ensuring Red Tractor assessments remain effective and relevant for growers of vining peas within Producer Organisations (POs).
- A talk by Simon Conway, CEO of HCP, covering crop protection: past, present, and future.
- Becky Howard and Chris Judge from PGRO will address emerging issues and how to tackle them.
- A presentation by Lincolnshire Rural Support Network (LRSN) on the vital work they do for Lincolnshire’s agricultural, horticultural, and allied communities.
- A panel discussion titled “Navigating Challenges and Opportunities in the Pea and Bean Industry”, moderated by Jack Ward, Director of British Growers, featuring perspectives from growers, a processor, and a researcher.
