The organisers of the National Fruit Show have announced that the theme for this year’s event, which is held at the Kent Event Centre on 23-24 October, will be Innovation.
The theme will be reflected in several areas of the show, including a new ‘Hive’ zone, dedicated to businesses with emerging technologies, including those at an early stage of concept or who have not exhibited at the event before. Confirmed exhibitors for this year waste product distribution platform COGZ and technology and sensor company Martin Lishman.
As well as the fruit and juice competitions, this year’s event (the 86th since the inception of the original Marden Fruit Show) will see more than 90 exhibitors including Hutchinsons, Bayer Crop Science, Landseer, JR Breach, FP Matthews and OnePay.
