A new business – Househam Group Ltd – has been established to acquire the business and assets of Lincolnshire-based Househam Sprayers Ltd, which entered administration earlier this month.
According to a statement, the new entity will create a stable financial footing and provide a platform for long-term sustainability and growth. A board of directors and a senior management team have been established to work alongside managing director Robey Willey, consisting of Nick Snowden (commercial director), Dean Eaton (operations director), and Frank Pearson (finance director).
The Senior Management Team includes Andrew Todd (supply chain), Stephen Melton (product support), Andrew Tingey (engineering), and Danielle Pole (HR & marketing).
Robert Willey commented, “We are excited to relaunch under a new name whilst continuing to deliver the expertise and quality our customers and partners trust. This transition strengthens our foundation, ensures continuity in our services, and unlocks new growth opportunities.”
Househam Group retains the 47 employees of Househam Sprayers and will continue to manufacture self-propelled sprayers. It has been reported that transition will not impact any ongoing projects or customer relationships, and all existing customers, suppliers and partners will receive direct communication about any updates going forward.
