Greenhouse control experts, Tomtech, have launched a new website as they seek to support even more growers throughout 2023 and beyond.
As the leading UK provider of equipment to monitor and control the growing environment within commercial greenhouses, Tomtech have updated their website to give visitors better understanding of the products they provide.
“We’re proud to launch our new website. We want more horticulturalists to be able to explore our technology so they too can grow bigger, better and faster crops” says Krzysztof Hernik, Managing Director at Tomtech.
Throughout 2022, Tomtech worked with an increasing number of growers, plus leading research establishments including Coventry, Sussex and Nottingham universities. Another recent project saw them installing control equipment in a new glasshouse used for research and development by RAGT Seeds, one of the world’s largest and most trusted arable seed producers.
Tomtech have chosen to update their website to better reflect their innovative products.
“Just as we develop our technology, we want our customer support to grow too. Our new website is easier to navigate and more informative, so growers can discover the control solutions available to help them achieve bumper crops” adds Krzysztof.
It has been launched as part of a wider strategy to enhance their communication with horticulturalists, partly in response to the UK government’s ambition to encourage more UK farmers to grow under glass.
“In February 2022, the then Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs spoke to the BBC of the government’s ambitions for a whole new generation of glass house production here in the UK”
“We’ve seen these ambitions first-hand and are excited to be able to help UK greenhouse horticulture become the envy of Europe” concludes Krzysztof.
