We are looking to recruit an ambitious and progressive Farm Manager to strengthen our Farming Team and drive the implementation of new methods of farming. Applicants must be able to optimise the returns from crop production in a profitable and sustainable manner ensuring we operate at the highest level while embracing agricultural reform.
This role will require a high degree of proactive communication, self-motivation and good IT Skills in packages such as Gate Keeper and Excel.
The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications relating to agriculture such as BASIS and FACTS plus have a full UK driving licence.
