The British Tomato Fortnight (BTF) Campaign is back for the 2025 season, shining a spotlight on the exceptional quality and taste of British tomatoes. This annual celebration, running this year from the 2nd to 15th June, is dedicated to showcasing the incredible versatility of British tomatoes in a variety of dishes and supporting the hardworking growers who bring these delicious fruits to our tables.
With the help of our campaign partners, Jack and Grace Communications and Veg Power, we aim to encourage consumers to choose British tomatoes, not only for their taste and health benefits but also to support the local economy and reduce food miles.
The message remains focused on the delicious, premium taste of British tomatoes, their versatility and the fantastic range of recipes tomatoes can star in and supporting the UK industry and sustainable, seasonal eating. The bulk of activity will run from April, building up to the fortnight in June and rounding off in July.
