BerryWorld is proud to announce that several of its premium berry varieties have been honoured at the prestigious 2025 Superior Taste Awards, hosted by the International Taste Institute in Brussels. These awards are a testament to the exceptional quality and flavour of their berries, as judged by a panel of world-class chefs and sommeliers.
BerryWorld was delighted to see products across its entire berry portfolio recognised by the jury. The newest additions to their varietal offer performed particularly well, namely BerryWorld Reyes® raspberries from the BerryWorld Plus® programme, Sweet Karoline® blackberries, from AgroBerries and Eves Joy strawberries, one of the newest exclusive releases from Edward Vinson. The Group also witnessed the continued success of its well-established varieties BerryWorld Jewel® raspberries, Eves Delight strawberries and Eureka blueberries — which earned Superior Taste honours for the second time, demonstrating the continued strength in their flavour credentials.
“This success wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of our expert grower-base and breeding partners at BerryWorld Plus, Edward Vinson and Mountain Blue”. Samuel Rowe, Divisional CEO for BerryWorld Varieties, shared: “These awards reflect our commitment to excellence in flavour and innovation. We’re proud to see both our well-established as well as our most recent varieties celebrated on the global stage by independent experts.”
